ejat2015deadline

The deadline for submitting entries for the seventh edition of the Excellence in Journalism Awards Tanzania (EJAT) 2015 has been extended to February 29, 2016..

The initial deadline for submission of entries was February 15, 2016.

EJAT organizers say the deadline has been extended to provide more time for media practitioners especially from the regions to submit their entries.

Entries required for the competition are - articles, photos, cartoons and programmes published or aired between January1 to December 31, 2015.  

Journalists, radio and television presenters, cartoonist and photographers are awarded for outstanding performance during the event.

The competition is organized by the Media Council of Tanzania with partners.
