To achieve its goals, the MCT has the support of dynamic and qualified staff members with different academic background and work experience in journalism, advocacy, law, accounting/finance, administration, publications, information and technology, secretarial, etc.
Whenever there is a job opening, the MCT looks for qualified candidates who believe in freedom of expression and of the media and who are capable of translating them into their actions.
Besides excellent academic background and relevant work experience, preferred candidates shall demonstrate initiative, sound judgment, self-confidence, leadership, integrity, maturity and good communication skills. Experience with non-governmental organizations is considered as an essential asset.
