Callforproposals

The Media Council of Tanzania (MCT) is seeking inputs and proposals from media practitioners and stakeholders to review the professional code of ethics. The review has been necessitated by various

developments and the existing code may be outdated or cannot fully accommodate the pace of new professional changes and trends. Inputs for the planned review should involve all practitioners covered by the existing code of ethics which was last reviewed in 2010 including editors, journalists, public relation officers, broadcasters, cameramen, advertising agents, photo-journalists, media owners and publishers.
